Concept Definition
Draper starts by clarifying what you’re building and for whom. Together we capture your core offering, audience, problems, solutions, benefits, features, and market positioning. You answer a focused intake once, then we draft the blocks and iterate quickly until they’re locked. The outcome is a concise, factual snapshot the entire brand will build on.
Brand Strategy
We translate that snapshot into strategy. We define a motivating brand promise, sharp positioning with proof, 2–3 audience personas, a narrative worldview (what you stand for and against), and clear voice and tone. You respond to a single set of questions; we draft, refine with you, and lock the pieces that will guide Creative Direction.
Creative Direction
We turn strategy into visual language. Through opening questions and four Pinterest territories—Experience, Culture, Comparables, Positioning—we explore references, then synthesize. You’ll see concise Takeaways, observable Directions, two distinct Tension pairs with artifact searches, 3–5 Named Themes, and a short Creative Direction statement. We finish with a provisional set of Creative Variables.
Prototyping
We prove the direction fast. We recap and edit the Creative Variables, then write single‑paragraph prompts for key outputs: Photography, Website hero + first section, Graphic Poster, and a Presentation Slide. Generate, review, and revise quickly. Finally, we translate confirmed choices into Design Tokens and hand off to guidelines.
